Rules governing orders, sourcing, payment, delivery, cancellation, and use of Kinadey services

These Terms & Conditions apply when a customer uses www.kinadey.com or otherwise places an order with Kinadey. By confirming an order or making the required advance payment, the customer agrees to these terms.
1. About Kinadey
Kinadey is a Bangladesh-based sole proprietorship operating from 686, Shewrapara, Mirpur, Dhaka-1216, Bangladesh. Kinadey helps customers purchase products they want from suppliers in Bangladesh and China and arranges fulfillment to customers in Bangladesh.
2. Scope of Service
Kinadey may source, purchase, arrange importation where applicable, receive, process, and deliver products requested by customers. The service is subject to product availability, supplier acceptance, applicable law, and Kinadey's ability to complete the requested purchase.
· Products may be sourced from sellers or suppliers in Bangladesh or China.
· Kinadey may refuse any order for illegal, prohibited, dangerous, counterfeit, restricted, sanctioned, or otherwise unsuitable products.
· Kinadey may also refuse an order where the requested product, supplier, price, shipping route, or transaction presents an unreasonable operational or compliance risk.
3. Product Requests and Order Confirmation
Customers are responsible for providing accurate product information, including model, size, color, quantity, specification, link, image, brand, or other relevant details. Before purchase, Kinadey may confirm availability, estimated sourcing time, price, advance amount, and any important product conditions.
An order is considered confirmed only after Kinadey accepts the request and receives the required advance payment. A website submission, message, or quotation alone does not guarantee availability or create an obligation to purchase until confirmation is completed.
4. Pricing
The final customer price is the price confirmed by Kinadey for the requested product. For China-sourced products, the confirmed product price is intended to include the applicable sourcing, international shipping/import-related charges, customs duties, taxes, and similar costs paid or arranged by Kinadey for bringing the product into Bangladesh, unless Kinadey clearly states otherwise before order confirmation.
Customer-site or last-mile delivery charges within Bangladesh may be charged separately where applicable and will depend on the delivery request, courier/service method, destination, size, weight, or handling requirement.
5. Advance Payment and Balance

The advance confirms the customer's commitment and authorizes Kinadey to proceed with sourcing or purchase. The remaining balance must be paid at delivery unless Kinadey and the customer agree to another arrangement in writing.
6. Cancellation Before Purchase
A customer may cancel an order before Kinadey has purchased or committed to purchase the product from the supplier. In that situation, the advance amount paid for that order will be refundable.
Once Kinadey has purchased, paid for, reserved, customized, imported, or otherwise become financially committed to the product, the customer may no longer cancel simply because they changed their mind. Any refund after that point is subject to the Return & Refund Policy, supplier outcome, and applicable law.
7. Sourcing and Product Variations
Kinadey relies on product information supplied by third-party sellers and manufacturers. Minor differences in packaging, shade, labeling, batch, or manufacturer presentation may occur. Kinadey will use reasonable care to source the product requested, but customers should review the confirmed specification before authorizing purchase.
If a requested product becomes unavailable or materially differs before purchase, Kinadey may seek the customer's approval for an alternative or cancel the order and refund applicable amounts.
8. Delivery
Delivery may be arranged on customer demand to the customer's requested site within available service coverage. A separate delivery charge may apply. Delivery time depends on product source, supplier processing, transportation, import/customs processing for China-sourced products, local courier conditions, destination, and events outside Kinadey's reasonable control.
· Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and reachable phone number.
· Delivery estimates are targets rather than guarantees unless Kinadey expressly confirms a guaranteed date in writing.
· The customer or an authorized receiver should inspect the package promptly after receipt and report eligible issues within the period stated in the Return & Refund Policy.
9. Customer Responsibilities
· Provide accurate product, contact, billing, and delivery information.
· Ensure the requested product is lawful and suitable for the intended use.
· Review the confirmed price, source, specification, and advance requirement before payment.
· Pay the required advance and remaining balance when due.
· Receive or arrange receipt of the product at the agreed delivery location.
· Use products according to manufacturer instructions and applicable safety requirements.
10. Returns, Defects, and Incorrect Products
Returns and refunds are governed by Kinadey's Return & Refund Policy. As a general rule, specially sourced products are not returnable for change of mind after Kinadey has purchased them. Customers should report damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially mismatched products within 3 days of delivery and provide reasonable supporting evidence when requested.
11. Product Warranties
Where a manufacturer or supplier warranty applies, Kinadey may assist the customer with reasonable warranty communication. Any manufacturer or supplier warranty remains subject to that provider's own terms. Kinadey does not create an additional manufacturer warranty unless it expressly provides one in writing.
12. Website and Account Use
Customers must use Kinadey's website and communication channels lawfully and must not attempt fraud, unauthorized access, malware distribution, false orders, abusive conduct, or misuse of Kinadey's systems, brand, content, or customer service channels.
13. Intellectual Property
Kinadey's name, website content, original graphics, text, branding, and service materials are owned by or licensed to Kinadey. Third-party product names, trademarks, images, and descriptions belong to their respective owners and may be used only to identify the products being requested or sold.
14. Limitation and Events Beyond Control
Kinadey will use reasonable care in providing its service. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kinadey is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside its reasonable control, including supplier delay, transportation disruption, customs processing, natural disaster, internet or payment-system outage, governmental restriction, or similar events. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or customer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
15. Fraud, Misuse, and Refusal of Service
Kinadey may suspend, cancel, or refuse an order where it reasonably suspects fraud, unlawful activity, payment abuse, false identity or delivery information, prohibited products, abusive conduct, or material violation of these Terms & Conditions. Any refund in such circumstances will depend on whether Kinadey has already incurred non-recoverable costs and on applicable law.
16. Privacy
Kinadey handles personal information according to its Privacy Policy. Information may be used to process orders, communicate with customers, arrange sourcing and delivery, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, and improve services.
17. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Customers are encouraged to contact Kinadey first so that any complaint can be reviewed and resolved promptly. Nothing in these terms limits a customer's right to seek a remedy from an appropriate court, regulator, consumer-rights authority, or other competent body where available under law.
18. Changes to These Terms
Kinadey may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes in services, business practices, or legal requirements. The updated version will be published on the website with a revised effective date. The version applicable to an order is normally the version in effect when that order is confirmed, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
